Age Connects North East Wales has been successful in securing funding for our Flintshire Older People’s Support Service from Flintshire County Council’s Housing Support Grant for a minimum for 4 years.

This will allow us to continue to support older people in Flintshire with housing related issues including; housing applications, benefits checks, completing applications for relevant benefits and other forms, referrals to other services such as cleaning, maintenance etc.
