Volunteer at Age Connects North East Wales

Do you have a little spare time?

Age Connects North East Wales is supported by a team of  volunteers who enable us to provide some of our services. Without our volunteers, we would not be able to offer support to as many older people.

Volunteering not only benefits our local older people but can also be very rewarding as you can give back to your local community and spend time with people who appreciate your support.

Toenail Clinic Admin

We are currently looking for volunteers to support our Foot Health Technicians by completing registration details, taking payments and booking appointments.

Telephone Befriender

We are seeking people who are confident chatting to an older person on the phone. Older people can become isolated and a weekly chat with someone can make all the difference.

Fundraising and Events

We try to organise and attend a variety of events to promote our services and to raise funds to maintain and develop our services.
