Gemma joined our Home Solutions team in 2023 as a Home Helper, then changed her role in 2025 to Home Solutions Team Leader.
Prior to joining Age Connects North East Wales Gemma worked in retail in various different roles.
Gemma enjoys spending time with her children and likes to go camping with her family.
